All our orders are delivered via Royal Mail Second Class Signed For Service at a flat rate of £3.95. We aim to dispatch all products within 5-7 business days, however if you need a speedy service, please don’t hesitate to contact us at email@example.com and we’ll be happy to try and expediate your order processing!
We do not accept any international orders at present, but we are working on this so watch this space!
All our products are made to order. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns unless the product is faulty. If you have received a faulty product, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org upon receipt of your order with a photo of the issue, description of the fault and your order details.
We endeavour to work on an order as soon as it has been placed. Therefore, we do not accept any order cancellations once an order is placed. However, if you have any questions, please contact us at email@example.com.

Please note we cannot be held responsible for errors on your personalised items. Please ensure the personalisation is correct before placing the order. This includes the spelling, typographical or grammatical check. Please note colours can vary depending on the device and monitor used. We are not responsible for any discrepancies between the colour on your screen and the colour of thread used. Please note we will not personalise any products with offensive or inappropriate words. Any orders with such language used for the personalisation will not be processed and the customer will receive a refund.
